Services

Manual Osteopathic Therapy

Manual Osteopathy uses a wide variety of techniques to address imbalances in the body from a whole body perspective. This includes treating the muscles, bones, joints, and fascia through the soft tissues of the body to achieve and maintain structural balance and health.

Craniosacral Therapy

A gentle hands-on technique that uses light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. This helps promote a feeling of well-being by decreasing pain and boosting self-regulation, self-correction, and self-healing.

Low Level Laser Therapy

A laser or led light is used to improve tissue repair and to reduce pain and inflammation. Cold lasers are able to penetrate into deep tissue structures and can be used to treat a wide variety of both acute and chronic conditions. As your body absorbs the red and near infra-red light, it creates a response within the damaged tissue (which is the cause of the pain) and encourages the damaged cells to regenerate, promoting  healing and pain relief.

Massage Therapy

Assessment and treatment for those who are seeking help with chronic pain, injuries or stress management. This is done by manipulating the soft tissue of your body (joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and connective tissue) using a variety of techniques, pressure and movement with the goal to alleviate pain, improve blood flow and mobility, and promote healing.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping is a form of alternative medicine that dates back to ancient Egyptian, Chinese, and Middle Eastern cultures. It can be used to treat a broad range of conditions, including chronic muscle tightness and pain. It uses cups to pull areas of skin into suction to decompress muscles and connective tissues. This promotes blood flow to the compromised area, enhances circulation, and helps increase the body's own healing process. Both Static and Dynamic cupping may be used.
