About Andrea
Andrea is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, and is excited to offer Registered Massage Therapy to her clients at Purely Wellness.
Andrea is passionate about supporting her clients on their wellness journey, whether that is recovering from injury, addressing pain and stress, or reconnecting with their bodies. She believes in meeting clients where they’re at and understands the value of incorporating restorative rest in treatment.
Techniques that she frequently uses are general Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, passive and active ranges of motion. Andrea believes in working with clients to create a treatment plan that suits their goals, while incorporating easy-to-integrate homecare.
Andrea relocated to the island from northern BC in 2018 and cannot imagine living anywhere else. She loves reading, camping, and exploring the Cowichan Valley with her fiancé and energetic blue heeler-border collie.
