    Access Bars

Access Consciousness® Bars is an amazing treatment that involves gently touching 32 points on the head. This releases any blockages that don't allow you to receive (health, abundance). These points (aka bars) contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that you have stored in any lifetime. During an Access Bars session, known as “running your bars”, a practitioner gently touches these points to release the electromagnetic charge of all thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs that may have limited you in the concerned life areas.

    Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The healing technique is based on the principle that the practitioner can channel energy into the person by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the person's body and restores physical and emotional well-being. Reiki can also help open and balance your chakras. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen universal life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel drained/stressed, and if it is high, we are more capable of being our happy and healthy selves.

    Indie Head Massage

Indie Head Massage (IHM) is part of the ancient Ayurveda healing system and has been practiced in India for thousands of years. Originally, it was used as a massaging technique to the head only, to keep hair long, thick and healthy. Now, IHM includes massage using infused essential oils/oil to the upper back, shoulders, neck, upper arms, scalp and face. Beneficial for those in desk jobs experiencing pain and tension in those areas. With the upper body especially vulnerable to poor posture and holding onto stress. IHM is a technique of manipulating the soft tissues of the neck, shoulders, arms, head and scalp. Massaging these areas is very powerful for calming emotions, destressing the entire body, and promoting relaxation. Note: Your hair and scalp will be oily following this relaxing treatment and may need a couple of shampoo rinses to remove all the oil, but your hair will be super shiny and soft afterward.

    Reflexology

In Reflexology, pressure is applied to specific reflex points on the foot (or hand). These points correspond to organs and areas of the body. The treatment is said to induce a healing response, even alleviating some ailments. Beyond the feel-good effects of the treatment, the practice and purpose go deeper than the skin and muscles. Kneading the soft fleshy ball of the foot, pulling on the toes, tracing around the heel and pushing deep into the arch are just a few of the movements you’ll experience during a treatment. The aim of reflexology is to create a state of homeostasis, “which means that the organs, glands and parts of the body are all working together optimally and at their best”.
