Initial Naturopathic Appointment

(In-Person or Telemedicine via web or phone)

A comprehensive review of your health concerns will be taken and an initial plan of action will be developed. This may or may not include referral for blood work, herbal, vitamin, supplement prescription.  If in-person, this may or may not also include physical examination, pharmaceutical prescription, physical manipulation, and/or acupuncture.  If Telemedicine, the need to book an in-person appointment for these things may also be determined.

Naturopathic Follow-Up

(In-Person or Telemedicine via web or phone)

A short follow-up to track your progress, answer questions about your plan and change course if necessary.

Extended Naturopathic Follow-Up

(In-Person only)

A follow-up appointment to track your progress, answer questions about your plan, change course if necessary and perform ongoing physical treatment such as spinal manipulation, bodywork or acupuncture.

Naturopathic Gut Health Assessment

(Telemedicine via web or phone)

For people who know that their major issues are digestive: Over a web call or by phone, a comprehensive review of your gut health will be taken, and an initial plan of action will be developed.  This may or may not include referral for blood work, herbal, vitamin, supplement prescription. If necessary, an in-person visit may be booked for physical examination, pharmaceutical prescription, physical manipulation, and/or acupuncture.

Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine

Initial Acupuncture Appointment

A detailed overview of your concerns will be taken, your tongue and pulse will be assessed and acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, tuina, moxa, or Chinese herbal prescription will be performed. A follow-up plan will be established.

Acupuncture Follow-Up

An overview of changes in your concerns will be taken, your tongue and pulse will be assessed and acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, tuina, moxa, or Chinese herbal prescription will be performed.

Qi Beauty Facial Rejuvenation

Qi Beauty is a facial rejuvenation technique that employs magnets to achieve improved circulation and a reduction in the appearance of dark circles under the eyes, fine lines and wrinkles. It can restore lost volume to different areas of the face, including the lip line and eye line. These results can often appear within the first few treatments, but may need additional treatments to maintain.
