About Integral IV
Integral IV Services is a Registered Nurse led IV therapy clinic in Duncan, BC, inside Purely Wellness in the heart of the Cowichan Valley. Founded by an RN with over 15 years of experience and supervised by a Nurse Practitioner Medical Director, we offer evidence informed IV vitamin and hydration therapy in a calm, welcoming space. Services include Myers Immune, IV Vitamin C, NAD+, Glutathione, Athletic Recovery, Neuro Support, Radiance for hair, skin and nails, and Rehydration IVs, plus vitamin B12 and vitamin D injections. Whether you are supporting your immune system, recovering from illness, optimizing performance, or investing in long term vitality, we deliver thoughtful, professional care grounded in safety and integrity.
About Founder Christy-Ann
For years, I worked in high pressure areas of healthcare where I saw how deeply stress, exhaustion, and burnout affect the body and mind. Over time, I realized true wellness is not just about surviving or managing symptoms. It’s about creating the energy, resilience, and vitality that allow people to fully live their lives. I suffered, recovered, then blossomed; and so can you!
As a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience, I’m passionate about helping people feel supported, empowered, and connected to their well being in a practical and meaningful way. My approach combines evidence informed care with a whole person perspective, creating a calm and welcoming space where clients can recharge, restore, and thrive.

Step One: Consultation & Prescription
BOOKING & FEESYou must have a treatment plan from a healthcare provider before booking an IV session.
You may obtain this from a physician, specialist, nurse practitioner, or naturopathic doctor, or book an online consultation with our nurse practitioner below.
For iron infusions, also note that you must fill your prescription and supply the solution for your IV session.

Myers' Immune Cocktail IV
30–45 minutes
The Myers' Immune Cocktail is a blend of vitamins, minerals, and B vitamins designed to support overall wellness, energy production, hydration, and immune function. Available in Small, Medium, and Large formulations, this infusion can be tailored to your individual wellness goals.
An optional L-Lysine add-on is available for clients seeking additional immune support.
NAD+ Cellular Restoration Series
Duration varies by protocol
The NAD+ Cellular Restoration Series is a nurse-administered infusion program available to clients with a valid physician-authorized treatment plan. Sessions begin at lower doses and progress according to individual tolerance and treatment goals.
Designed to support cellular energy production, vitality, and overall wellness through a structured treatment approach.
**Elite Option Available:** Includes additional antioxidant support.
Glutathione Antioxidant IV
Approximately 30 minutes
Glutathione is a naturally occurring antioxidant found throughout the body. This infusion delivers glutathione directly into the bloodstream and may support antioxidant activity, liver function, and overall wellness.
Available as a standalone treatment and may also be incorporated into select IV protocols.
Full Body Replenish Hydration IV
Approximately 180 minutes
This hydration-focused infusion delivers fluids, electrolytes, and supportive nutrients to assist with hydration and recovery. It may be appropriate following travel, heat exposure, strenuous activity, illness recovery, or periods of increased physical demand.

Neuro IV for Neurological Support
Approximately 60 minutes
Neuro IV combines vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and NAD+ to support focus, mental clarity, cognitive function, and overall neurological wellness.
**Elite Option Available:** Includes additional antioxidant support.
Athletic Restore IV
90–115 minutes
Athletic Restore IV is designed to support recovery following training, competition, travel, or other physically demanding activities. This infusion provides hydration and nutritional support to help replenish the body and support overall wellness.
**Elite Option Available:** Includes additional hydration and antioxidant support.
Radiance IV
90–120 minutes
Radiance IV combines vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants selected to support healthy skin, hair, nails, and overall cellular wellness. This infusion is designed for individuals seeking beauty and wellness support from the inside out.
**Elite Option Available:** Includes additional antioxidant support.
MetaBoost IV for Metabolic Enhancement
30–45 minutes
MetaBoost IV is formulated to support energy production, metabolism, and overall wellness. This infusion may be appropriate for individuals pursuing healthy lifestyle goals and looking to support their body's natural metabolic processes.
IRON IVs REQUIRE FILLING YOUR PRESCRIPTION & SUPPLYING YOUR SOLUTION:
Iron Replenish IV
Approximately 75 minutes
Iron Replenish IV is available for clients with a physician-prescribed Monoferric treatment plan. Clients provide their prescribed medication, and our Registered Nursing team provides professional administration and monitoring in a comfortable clinical setting.
THESE INJECTIONS MAY BE BOOKED AT ANY TIME WITH YOUR PRESCRIPTION:
Vitamin B12 Injection
Approximately 5 minutes
Professional administration of physician-prescribed Vitamin B12 injections by a Registered Nurse. A convenient option for clients who have been prescribed ongoing B12 therapy.
Vitamin D3 Injection
Approximately 5 minutes
Professional administration of physician-prescribed Vitamin D3 injections by a Registered Nurse. A simple and convenient way to receive prescribed Vitamin D3 treatment as part of your ongoing care plan.
Important Information
All visits require a current treatment plan authorized by a Nurse Practitioner, Naturopathic Doctor, or Physician. We do not accept walk-in clients without a treatment plan in place. If you do not yet have a treatment plan, a consultation with an appropriate prescribing practitioner will be required prior to your first infusion or injection.
Integral IV is a nursing-led wellness service operating under Nurse Practitioner medical direction. Our services are intended to support overall wellness and are not a substitute for primary medical care. Individual experiences and results may vary.

Insurance & Billing
All Integral IV services are private pay, but receipts may be emailed or printed if desired. Many extended health benefit plans cover IV nutrition services. Clients should check directly with their insurance provider. For MSP-covered medications like iron infusion, the prescribing practitioner can submit a Special Authorization Request to BC MSP.
