About Silvia
I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, and Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner who has been supporting men and women facing chronic physical and emotional health challenges for over a decade. My work is grounded in a scientific understanding of the body and guided by holistic, root-cause principles that honour the deep connection between physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
I offer individualized nutritional and somatic coaching, comprehensive assessments, and personalized lifestyle and nutrition plans designed to support lasting health and balance. My areas of focus include mental and emotional wellness, gut and digestive health, eating disorder recovery support,blood sugar imbalances, and more. Central to my work is helping you reconnect with your body - bridging communication between body and mind so healing can occur at a deeper, more sustainable level.
Many people find their way to my practice after feeling frustrated or dismissed, often having been told that their bloodwork is “normal” or offered yet another prescription, while their symptoms persist. If you are seeking an alternative to lifelong medication use and want a more comprehensive, compassionate approach, I am here to help you.
My approach is practical, personalized, and trauma-informed, drawing on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and inner emotional work to address the full picture of your health. Service Details

FREE Discovery Session
(20 min, phone or online)
This is an optional session before booking any of my services. I will ask you questions related to your immediate concerns, goals, and long-term intentions regarding your own wellness. It's an opportunity for you to share the transformation you are seeking and to learn if the services I offer can support your desired transformation goals.
Initial Consultation
(90 min, in-person or online)
Involves a complete health history, which includes your past and current symptoms, your family health history, recent lab work, diet and lifestyle habits, and emotional/mental states of health.
** Note that intake forms and any corresponding labs and test results must be submitted at least five days before your appointment for review. For this reason, please book your initial session at least five days ahead of time.
We will discuss interconnections between your symptoms and my observations of what could be possible drivers of your current state of health. You will be given a few recommendations to begin implementing right away to get you started on your health journey.
Follow-Up Session
(60 min, in-person or online)
A review of your progress, implementation of recommendations and any challenges being experienced will be discussed and adjusted as needed. Additional recommendations may be made after follow-ups as appropriate.
All sessions include:
• a complete, personalized dietary and health assessment with related recommendations
• supplement recommendations
• relevant lab test assessment, education, and guidance
• lifestyle recommendations
• meal-planning suggestions and/or recipes, informative handouts, and tools on relevant issues pertaining to your specific concerns.
We will work together to understand the underlying causes of your struggles and give you the tools and a deeper understanding of your body to get well and stay well. I am here to support you every step of the way.

Trauma-Informed Somatic Coaching
Somatic Coaching is NOT talk therapy. It is a body-based approach to healing, understanding that the body holds onto old patterns, belief systems, traumas, and very old conditioning. By gently guiding you to become more aware, conscious, and feeling into your body, you can come to a place of trust, ease, and compassion towards yourself and be more comfortable with those parts that you may not have given attention to or have resisted feeling.
While your story and interpretation of it are important, in your somatic session, I will keep guiding you back to your body, noticing how those thoughts are landing in your physical body. If we find ourselves mostly in our minds and thoughts, we often don’t realize how disconnected we are from our felt sense and our stored emotions, which are often uncomfortable to feel.
Somatic Coaching may help you if you are struggling with:

FREE Discovery Session

This is an optional session before booking any of my services. We will discuss your questions related to Somatic Coaching, and what a potential session might look like. This is our opportunity to get to know one another a bit and decide if we are a good fit to work together.
Initial Session
(90 min, in-person or online)
We will spend the first 30 minutes reviewing your intake form and any information and questions you may have. A full 60-minute somatic coaching session will follow the initial introduction.
Follow-Up Session
(60 min, in-person or online)
Sessions can include a combination of grounding/resourcing exercises, breath awareness, body awareness, working with triggers, and guided movement practice. Our sessions will be largely experimental, exploring the process as we go along. You are welcome to arrive with specific issues you would like to work on.
I will also give you tools and practices to be able to utilize in between sessions Retraining and befriending the nervous system takes time, and like any new habit, takes some effort by way of practice, to reach your goals for healing. My goal is to be a supportive and safe facilitator, and help you befriend your body, establish safety, and develop or regain trust in yourself, which can benefit not only your nervous system but also your overall health and related symptoms.

We are not able to direct bill for Silvia's services, but receipts may be emailed or printed if desired.
