About Samantha
I graduated from Pacific Rim College in Victoria with my Diploma of Acupuncture, Magna Cum Laude and achieved licensing through CTCMA as a Registered Acupuncturist. Acupuncture, Tuina massage, Guasha, cupping, acupressure and electrotherapy are many of the modalities I offer during a treatment.
For 17 years I was a nurse working at the local hospitals and more recently teaching student nurses as well as working in trauma recovery/addictions.
After a life changing workplace injury, it became clear to me that our conventional medical system was lacking some important pieces, so I set out on a quest to learn more about alternative medicine.
I am committed to continuous learning and furthering my knowledge, and I am passionate about helping people. I have additional training in energy healing/Reiki, life coaching, metaphysics, herbal medicine, DBT (dialectical behavioural therapy), mental health and awareness, Aromatherapy, teaching and course development, Indigenous Awareness and LGBTQ2+ Inclusion.
I am fascinated with herbal medicine and continue to pursue this knowledge. I am fascinated by mycology and experimenting with growing medicinal and culinary mushrooms. I love growing my own food and medicine as well as learning how to do this in organic and sustainable ways.

TCM Acupuncture
(with Guasha, Tuina, Cupping, Electro acupuncture, Acupressure)
Acupuncture - Initial Consultation & Treatment
(90 minutes)
This is where we get to know each other for the first time. Lots of interview with time left over for a basic acupuncture treatment. Required for all first-time clients.
Acupuncture - Standard Subsequent Treatment
(60 minutes)
This is a typical follow-up treatment with generally one modality.
Existing clients only.
Acupuncture - Extended Subsequent Treatment
(90 minutes)
This is for when multiple modalities are used within a session and more time is required.
(i.e. Tuina + electro acupuncture, cupping + acupuncture, front + back treatments)
Existing clients only.
Acupuncture - Quick Subsequent Treatment
(30 minutes)
For a quick follow up with minimal interview/treatment – acupuncture only.
