Together, we create a personalized treatment plan based on the information shared within the session. My approach to therapy weaves holistic and science-based methods of healing, with emphasis on the mind-body-spirit connection. My training and professional journey are guided by a deep commitment to integrating neuroscience-informed practices with compassionate, individualized care. Having a natural ability to hold space with empathy, professionalism, and presence, I aim to support clients from diverse backgrounds in their growth and healing.
My life experiences have given me a unique perspective and a strong sense of purpose in bringing connection, balance, and respect for both the human spirit and our harmony with nature into the healthcare field.
If you are seeking guidance to reclaim a connection with yourself, finding yourself attached to things that no longer serve you, mend wounds and take the necessary steps towards living in alignment with your goals and desires in life, please connect with me to see if my services resonate with your needs.

About Justus - Yoga
Yoga and meditation
As the daughter of an accomplished massage therapist, movement and breathwork have always been a part of my life.
After a long battle with mental health and coming to terms with the physical deterioration happening to my body, yoga became the medicine I needed to get through moment by moment. Retreating to the sanctuary within brought me into a world of peace at no cost, so long as I made the time.
Obtaining my teacher training in 2024 sparked my curiosity to learn from teachers of all types of movement therapy. From Tai Chi to Kundalini, Hatha to Yin, I enjoy bringing elements from all practices in an eclectic approach to healing and balance. I’m always excited to return where I left off and see what I can do next.
Benefits of Yoga
Mind: Yoga fosters neurogenesis, the process by which new neurons are formed, facilitating the development of new connections in brain cells. This leads to beneficial changes in brain structure and function, enhancing cognitive abilities such as learning and memory. Furthermore, yoga soothes the nervous system and helps alleviate self-sabotaging patterns and behaviours.
Body: Yoga not only helps to cultivate strength, muscle tone, flexibility, and balance but also enables the body to enhance its awareness through the practice of postures and sequenced flows. It promotes increased blood and oxygen flow, revitalizing the body's systems and empowering you to show up for yourself, to the best of your ability, each day.
Spirit: The beautiful and timeless practice of yoga enables us to nurture awareness for both our inner and outer selves. It also helps us to embrace acceptance, compassion, and non-judgment. Allowing us to tap into our personal power and guides how we interact with the world, creating a space for inner peace and access to our personal wisdom and guidance.
Benefits of Meditation
Similar to the muscles in physical strength training, your brain is malleable. Through a process called “neurogenesis,” the circuits in your brain create new pathways every day and solidify as part of your biological makeup (wow)!! This means the information we consume, the food we eat, the music we listen to, and our social interactions are all driven by the programming we “download” and express through our personality, choices, and lifestyle.
If you train your brain to control aspects of yourself mindfully, you unlock limitless potential, such as:
- Maintain an attitude of gratitude
- Spend time playing
- Understand your power systems
- Focus on your journey
- Practice empathy
- Exercise capacity for patience
- Take control over your actions/responses
- Practice acceptance
- Hold space to be present
- Breathe
- Create an outlet
- Manage time
- Befriend the situation
- Emotional regulation
