About Sarah

My interest in the human body, mental and physical health encouraged me to pursue an education at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, where I graduated in 2022. I am passionate about creating a calming, safe space for clients to relax, release, and rejuvenate. My hope is for clients to feel a sense of alignment within their mind, body, and spirit and to gain empowerment through their healing journey. I am excited to be growing my practice as an RMT and to be helping others in the Cowichan Valley community!
