    With 16 years in healthcare and over 5 years as a registered social worker, I’m here to help you cut through the overwhelm and find real, practical ways forward.


    I take a solution-focused, strengths-based approach, grounded in DBT and real-life experience — no fluff, no judgment. Just honest conversations, useful tools, and support that actually meets you where you're at.

    A supportive, non-judgmental space to work through stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, burnout, or feeling stuck. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you move forward using DBT-informed, solution-focused, and strengths-based approaches to name a few.


    Burnout & Stress Recovery

    (50 min, in-person or online)


    For caregivers, healthcare workers, and high-functioning adults who are done running on empty. Together, we focus on regaining energy, setting boundaries, and creating a life that actually feels manageable — and meaningful.


    Includes work around:

    - Compassion fatigue

    - Perfectionism & people-pleasing

    - Identity & purpose post-burnout


    DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) Skills Integration

    (50 min, in-person or online)

    (Free consultation must first be completed.)


    You don’t need a full DBT program to benefit from the tools. In these sessions, we focus on learning and applying core DBT skills — like mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and boundary-setting — to your real life.


    Please note this is skills teaching only. Depending on your focus, you may need to simultaneously work with a therapist.  


    Perfect if you’ve:

    - Tried DBT before but want to revisit or deepen the work

    - Want practical coping tools without committing to a full group

    - Are new to DBT and just curious about the skills

  • Insurance & Billing

    As we are not currently able to provide direct billing for Kim's services, payment will be required after your session.  Receipts will be provided for those with insurance coverage to submit claims for reimbursement.
