Purely Wellness is the region's newest and largest multidiciplinary health and wellness centre, located at the award-winning Dakova Square building in Duncan BC.  We bring together practitioners from a variety of disciplines to serve a wide range of needs in the Cowichan Valley.


We offer a modern, inspired space and impressive amenities along with a selection of both private and shared rooms designed to be versatile enough for many wellness offerings, and with business resources available to jump-start or elevate your practice.


We've expanded to 32 treatment rooms, and proud to be the home of mettra Pharmacy and dozens of professionals working together to provide an amazing array of wellness services under one roof. 


We're interested in hearing from physicians, nureses, RMTs (registered massage therapists), naturopathic doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, counsellors, acupuncturists, and more.

Our mission is to provide the facility, tools, support, and collaborative environment for you to manage and grow your business, leaving you to focus on the health and well-being of your clients.

Private/Shared Rooms

Select a room (private or shared) based on your needs. We have a variety of sizes and features like sinks, cabinetry, dimmable lights, and more.

Your Own Schedule

Access your room and our facility at times of your choosing, from early morning to late night, seven days/week.

Everything You Need

We provide everything you need for a successful practice, including use of all utilities, washrooms, waiting areas, customer parking, staff lounge, online exposure, a high visibility location, and more.

Reception Service

Full time reception staff are on hand to greet and direct your guests, take calls, accept mail, and much more.

Site Security

A safe and secure facility with 24-hour video surveillance at all entrances, and active monitoring after hours to prevent unauthorized access.

High Speed Internet

Experience fast and seamless WiFi throughout our facility via our fibre optic connection and mesh network.

Full Accessibility

Guest parking, practice rooms, entrances, and washrooms are all ground level & accessible.

Practice Management

We'll manage client communication, schedules, online bookings, waiting lists, and more. Our business solutions handle all the admin needs of your practice.

Payment Processing

We also take care of client billing, payment processing, and financial reports. Focus on your clients, get paid, and leave the details to us.

Marketing Support

Marketing support is included though additional signage, social media, search engine traffic, print ads, events, contests, collaborations, and client cross-referrals through our growing network of practitioners & practice areas.
